Cedar Grove Farm's beef operation is a grass fed, natural (no hormones or antibiotics) process. The goal is to produce a naturally polled, red beef animal with a white belt, angus type carcass characteristics with good temperament and excellent mothering instincts and good milk production, all on a forage based system. This has been achieved by selectively crossing Dutch Belted, Red Angus, and Devon cattle.

Cedar Grove Farm beef is antibiotic and hormone-free.

Through-out the year, Diamond Jubilee beef cattle will be available for sale.
